Hi, and welcome. We are really glad you’re here. Deciding to start therapy can feel like a big step, and we want you to know you don’t have to figure things out on your own.
I got started in the mental health field because I’ve always been curious about how people think, feel, and cope with life’s challenges. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different backgrounds, helping them navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and moments when things just feel overwhelming.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a practical, evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In our work together, we’ll look at patterns that may be getting in your way and develop tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
Our approach is collaborative and supportive. You are the expert on your life, and we are here to help guide the process. We strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and judgment-free, where you can be open, ask questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
